Billing:

If your box is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, we will contact you to obtain a correct address and will charge you for the additional shipping costs.

The products in each RE FIT Box are chosen by our team of experts and may vary from month to month. We cannot guarantee that you will receive specific products or brands in your box. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team for a replacement or refund.
Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges of RE FIT Box subscriptions or individual products.
